Server time, the clock MetaTrader 5 shows: GMT+3 while New York observes daylight saving, GMT+2 otherwise. Each holiday states its own zone.

What happens to my open positions on a holiday?

They stay open. While a market is closed you cannot open or close a position in it, and pending orders wait until it reopens.

Which markets are affected?

Only the markets listed for each holiday. Markets that are not listed keep their normal trading hours.
