How To Request a Withdrawal?
To request a withdrawal, access the Members Area and follow these steps to ensure your refund is processed to the correct destination. Please note that refunds are made using the same payment method used for the initial deposit.
For Cryptocurrency Withdrawals:
1. Navigate to "My Wallet."
2. Select "Your Crypto Wallet" and click on "Add a Crypto Wallet."
3. Enter your wallet information.
For Wire Transfers:
1. Go to "My Wallet."
2. Select "Your Bank Accounts" and click on "Add a Bank Account."
3. Input your bank details.
For Other Payment Methods (e.g., Neteller, Skrill):
1. Access "My Wallet."
2. Choose "Your Online Payment Methods" and click on "Add an Online Payment Method."
3. Enter the required details for the payment method you wish to use.
For Credit and Debit Cards:
If your deposit was made using a credit or debit card, withdrawals will automatically be refunded to the same card without the need to re-enter card details. However, in cases where the withdrawal amount exceeds the total deposited via the card, we kindly request that you provide your bank account details. In such cases, the withdrawal will be processed via bank wire transfer, ensuring a seamless transaction. Additionally, for greater flexibility, you may opt to add a cryptocurrency wallet as an alternative withdrawal method.
Once your payment information is verified, you can proceed with the withdrawal. Go to the Members Area, navigate to "My Wallet," and select "Internal Transfer" to move funds from your trading account to your wallet. After completing the transfer, go to "Withdrawals" and submit your request for the desired withdrawal amount.
