Server time is the clock the trading platform runs on. GCC Brokers’ MetaTrader 5 server time is New York time plus 7 hours, which is GMT+3 in summer and GMT+2 in winter; it changes on the US daylight-saving dates, not the European ones. Charts, daily candles, trading hours and the daily swap at 00:00 are all in server time.
The daily swap is applied at 00:00 server time, which is 17:00 in New York all year round. In summer that is 21:00 GMT; in winter, 22:00 GMT.
