1. What this covers
This Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on this website, what they do, and how you can control them.
It should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data generally, and our Website Terms of Use.
2. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies — local storage, pixels and tracking scripts — do comparable things. We refer to all of them as "cookies" in this Policy.
Cookies may be set by us (first-party) or by a service we use (third-party). They may last only for your visit (session) or persist between visits (persistent).
3. What we use, and why
3.1 Strictly necessary
These are required for the website and client portal to work. They cannot be switched off without breaking the site.

3.2 Analytics
These tell us how the site is used so we can improve it — which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and where they run into problems.

3.3 Advertising and measurement

3.4 Functional and embedded content

Third-party services set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. We do not control what they collect.
4. How to control cookies
4.1 In your browser. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, and block third-party cookies specifically. Look under Settings → Privacy. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop parts of this website, including the client portal, from working.
4.2 Opting out of specific services.
- Google Analytics — Google publishes a browser opt-out add-on at
tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. - Meta — your advertising preferences can be managed in your Meta account settings.
- Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control — where your browser sends one of these signals, we ask the services we use to honour it, but we cannot guarantee that every third party does.
4.3 Device-level controls. Mobile operating systems provide advertising identifier controls that apply across apps and websites.
5. Consent
If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before setting any analytics or advertising cookie. Until you choose, those cookies are not set:
- Accept all — analytics and advertising cookies are set as described in Section 3.
- Essential only — only the cookies in Section 3.1 are set. The site works normally; we simply cannot measure how it is used.
Your choice is remembered for six months. To change it, clear this site's cookies in your browser and the banner will appear again.
If you are visiting from elsewhere, including Mauritius and the Gulf, no prior-consent requirement applies and the cookies described in Section 3 are set when you visit. You can still control every one of them using the methods in Section 4, and we will honour a browser opt-out signal where one is sent.
We apply this by region because that is where the obligation exists, not because the protections differ — the controls in Section 4 are available to everyone.

We may amend this Policy at any time by publishing an updated version on our website. The version published at the relevant time applies.
